Why doesn't anyone make Trap music?

[Modern] Trap has drifted quite far from it's "instrumental hip hop" phase. Its become a GENRE. And wether you guys like it or hate it, it's here to stay. But luckily, I can almost guarantee Trap can evolve into something most people like. Just like Dubstep, DnB, Moombahton, and every new electronic genre ever.

I read the title of this thread and got confused because trap music is shitty raps over catchy, bumpin' beats. Mostly the lyrics are about drug-dealing, as "trappin'" and its various forms is slang for "trafficking."
