It's a very loose agreement that doesn't specifically establish whether or not he could finish it on his own and have his own upload.
Basically it boils down to an assumption from a murky statement, with no concrete agreement set.
Do I think Senjan is 100% in the right? No. I think at the very least he should have told you he was going to finish the song on his own as well.
Do I think you're 100% in the right? I think you have a right to be frustrated over the lack of communication, but I don't think your accusations of theft in itself have any merit.

Also, despite the drama, I actually think this thread serves as a good example of why it's important to discuss every contingency with someone you're collaborating with. Too many people assume collabs are simply, "Hey, let's make a song together!" "Right on bro, let's do this!" There's obviously more planning that needs to be involved, as evidenced by the fact this isn't the first time a collab went south because of similar issues.
