An open opportunity to musicians

Sports, politics, movies, videogames, questionable hobbies, photos from your family vacation, etc. Talk about stuff that isn't ponies or music. But do try to stay on topic and respectful of alternate opinions.

An open opportunity to musicians

Postby periwinkle » 19 Jun 2012 22:58

I know this post is going to seem to good to be true, some may even think it as spam, but this isn't.

I, along with one other person will be hosting a [pre-recorded] one hour show, 3 times a week on a radio station that broadcasts over AM/FM radio, internet, and Sirius Satellite broadcasting, And while we have a few contacts we are looking to broaden our pony-music selection. This is why I am here!

Please send me an email at;
[email protected]

or contact me via skype; santisnight (will show up as "Peri(Steven Magnet / Daring Do)")

Also, the radio station itself is not all brony music. This post is regarding as previously stated the one hour 3 days a week. The station has full on licences for all other music it will broadcast, as well as the licences for radio and satelite broadcasting.

please feel free to contact me for additional information.

-ALSO as a side note we are affiliated with Celestia Radio.

That's pretty awesome. Out of curiosity, what market is your AM/FM station played in? What Sirius channel will you be on?

I live on another planet, so I don't think the radio stuff would reach here

Can you bring a band to my backyard and play my songs for me there?

It's clear you have internet so you can just listen to us via internet broadcasts!

As for the actual channels, i do not believe we've got them fully set up quite yet. I'll definitely adjust the original post with them as soon as I get them. We'll be broadcasting through our AM/FM stuff first as we're still finalizing stuff with Sirius. that information will become handy later on. (hopefully within a couple months. I've been informed that it could be October till we get that though.)

Would you play the music of lesser known musicians here?
