Looking for a talented artist to draw my album cover

I'm thinking about having the picture be an overhead shot of bunch of wasted, passed out mares on a bed laying all around my OC. My OC is awake and loving all the mares around him. Since Vinyl Scratch is my waifu, she should probably be the closest to him. There was a picture on Ponibooru that was very similar to what I'm describing that was captioned with "2012" but I can't find it :/

Since I don't know what to call the album yet, I will add the text on it myself when I get it. I'm willing to pay $10 for this commission to anyone that wants to do it. However, I will not accept amateurish drawings. It needs to be pretty detailed and show-accurate. The more show-accurate, the better. I'd say the minimum quality I would accept is something like this:
