Fanfic Cover needed - Nights of Autumn

Looking for an artist with decent skills willing to draw a cover for a new fanfic. Looking to have the name in the cover, or I could put the name in it myself. Comment, PM, whatever you feel you need to contact me! I am, however, looking for a quality standard. It doesn't have to be flawless, but please, I'd like an artist who knows what they're doing. I have up to about $30 (But hopefully I won't have to pay that much for this). Much appreciation to anyone up for this!

i could ATTEMPT to draw something... but i'm not the best at coloring and my drawing skills are honestly more average then extradorinary. http://versal1.deviantart.com/gallery/ if you want to see some samples but... most of that was done while looking at a image. although the idea that i do kinda see i could probably EASILY find a image to base off of.
Although if you want to hear my idea. i'm picturing a pony in the forest facing forward, the moon is out but it is PARTLY cloudly so you can just BARELY make out the moon. leaves are blowing, probably 3 pass the pony's face. the trees giving a slightly onimous feel to them (note i probably couldn't pull that part off but still i could try)
although that's probably something VERY generic for the title you gave

Not bad and nice idea. Sounds good. But I do need a rather experience digital artist too. Mostly someone who can do scenery well. Although, that idea pretty cool, I will admit.
