Decided to try again with a little art thread of stuff I do. Since I'll be posting photos and cover arts and stuff on my new DeviantArt page, I figured I'd post my edits of existing MLP art here.

You are adding to the value of the piece, so I don't see a problem in uploading to DA. You should probably give credit tho, preferably in the title. If you wanna be on the safe side though, you could just ask the artist. That way you know you won't step on any toes.

Also, love your Twilight the dark witch edit! It's got a sort of ominous feel to it. The original had a bit of that to, but you realy emphasised that! It looks like something I could look at while listening to some dark ambience stuff :3

I do suppose I forgot to put some MLP compilation album cover art edits (lotsa words for a simple thing) that I did here. And I'd love to post the pictures directly in this post, but a nagging thought tells me it'd just spam up the whole page with pictures that might or might not be too heavy to make loading this page acceptable for some I don't know so I'm just gonna link to each DeviantArt upload of them (and upcoming works) from now on I think unless stuff.

So four pieces that I already put in this thread (the Celestia one, the Chrysalis one, the Rainbow Dash tribal one, and the one of the two ponies) haven't been uploaded to DeviantArt yet. The only reason why I haven't yet is because I feel they're not standing out enough, not different enough from the original.
What do you think? Am I just being a dum, or do you think I'm right, or something?
