Seeming this is a guitar thread anybody got some hints for a temp fix on the electronics on my guitar... they kinda got burnt out in a storm and I have a gig the day after tomorrow and can't get a guitar in time as my has a magnetic effects modulator in it... any ideas?

Plugged into my amp... My house got struck and the surge was big enough to burn out my amp and guitar... And cut my power for a few days

Well our house ident get struck directly... The shade sail over the pool did but the shock still went into the house... I pissed because the surge protector didn't work...

Sorry, i'm only just learning how electronic stuff works! Sounds like your guitar is fried beyond repair though, if the surge blew up your amp and guitar D:
