I can't believe how much fun they poked at the fandom with the R63 Applejack.

I freaked out when I read the description. The fandom was right after all.

I felt sorry for Pinkie Pie. She couldn't eat any cupcakes the whole episode.

I wouldn't rank this in the top ten episodes so far, though. It was nice, but some parts felt too rushed, and the organization of the scenes was kind of awkward. I know this is because of the time frame they had to work with, but it would have been much better if they made it a two-part, especially since this season has only half the episodes of the regular ones. I blame the Hub for not allowing them the two-part and for setting such a short time frame so they can show constant streams of Gak.

I agree with you there. While the season premiere should've been 3 parts, this should've been 2 parts cause it felt so rushed. Either way, I did enjoy this episode and it felt so surreal. That's probably why it was so great.
Fluttershy got on my nerves in this one imo. Yeah, yeah we know she's a scardy-pony but the way they made it just got me a bit annoyed. Then again I watched it after only 2 hours of sleep and I've yet to see it again so maybe I'll find it funny.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but there was no floam/gak commercials, were there? I don't remember seeing any. I don't think I slept through the commercials but...yeah I don't remember it.

When Twilight was gonna make the animals fly they overdid it though, but for its comic value, that was worth it.

Oh man that episode was boss. Like, Zecora and Trixie both return in the same episode, and there was some pretty cool magic stuff being done.

Also I love how they happen to have like, paint that exactly matches the color of AJ and Rainbow Dash and stuff.

I am not certain, but I think it might be the canonization of the term Alicorn for the ponies with wings and a horn. It's kind of ubiquitous in the fandom now, but I suppose there are those other terms it could have been, like pegacorn or whatever. That's just my thoughts, though.

Well I rewatched this and yeah Fluttershy being scared wasn't as annoying as I remembered. Yeah, I'm just generally cranky when I'm sleep deprived. Also just noticed the wilhelm scream. I love how subtle they made it but yeah its obvious someone loved Star Wars :3

I like the episode now. It still should've been longer or two parts, but yeah I agree that its the best episode thus far. I could go way into detail about this/that but in the end, it was enjoyable to watch and I'd watch it again. I also just love Trixie at the end. Maybe its because I've been playing Banned From Equestria waaay too much, but damn I just love that pony more now.

I'm watching the unedited version now cause I honestly don't remember Gak.

I KNEW IT! This episode there were NO gak commercials. Maybe for Pound Puppies or Littlest Pet Shop but none during MLP.

Surprisingly, I've never clopped to MLP R34 yet. Its seriously like something on a to-do list, but I totally never got around to doing it. Its like, "Man, I should clop to--oh hey, I should remix this song. Its funny, now that I'm on meds, I'm totally "normal" and don't feel like clopping.
