What is this sound and how to get it

Hello everyone.
I want to know what is this bassline sound:
(0:27 - 0:55 - this sound exactly)


I tried to reach it by different ways, but I even don't know what is a waveform or whatelse used in this sound. May be You have any ideas?

that'd be a walking bassline. Although I'm not an expert on trance I believe you usually use sawtooths with env linked to a LP filter. Like this https://dl.dropbox.com/u/52883961/walki ... ssline.mp3

for that sound I used these settings https://dl.dropbox.com/u/52883961/walki ... ssline.png as you can see pretty basic, I imagine adding more effects, messing with different waveforms, etc could get you closer to the sound you linked. There are a couple of guys on this forum that know a lot more about trance than me, so mabye they can chime in and be more helpful haha.

Sounds like a bass made with FM8 and its arpeggiator.

Most trance basses are arpeggiated in some fashion, typically alternated up an octave from the original.

Sounds like a filtered supersaw. Sylenth does this sound easily.

On a closer listen, there are several sounds stacked together.

Yes, I know it. And one of them is a double saw with resonance and almost without sustain.
Also there is some ring modulation.
