[help] tutorials that show more then how to make a melody

i've been searching around for tutorials on how to make certian genres of music and the only thing they tend to explain is how to make the melody or drum beats i really need a place were i can find tutorials on how to structure certian genres i dont quite know yet any help is appreciated

Yes, Bartek is right, the best way to learn anything is to learn how to copy in such way that no one will understand what you are copying. Try copying from various sources at once, so that it won't be plagiarism rather than compilation work ;)
But anyway, you always can ask here what are typical features of some certain genre.
