Need some help in creating a Mashup....

I need some technical help creating a mashup between Bruce Faulcner's "Evil Buu" theme from the First DBZ Funimation dub:

And the vocals and chorus WoodenToaster provided in the description of his remix of She's A Pony. You see my only music generating sources are Garageband and Audacity, and I basically need help matching the tempo of the vocals and chorus with certain part of Evil Buu's theme so that I mash them together in audacity....
