If you mean speed it up or slow it down to tempo, you load the track into Edison, right click where it says tempo (just above the wave form) and fill its bpm, which can be found using the previous method. Then you can drag it into your playlist and it will ask if you want it stretched.

There's many ways to sync vocals and it all depends on what you are trying to achieve with them.

It was the bab seed Acapella I dunno what genre it was but it had a sort of 80's pop feel to me at least.
