Kick needs to be crispier.
Basically you distort, EQ, distort, EQ until you're rich. Boosting 600 - 900 Hz gives you screamy/ crispy tone to it. I've noticed that applying only little distortion each cycle is better than too much. Also try notches, allpassesses and any other filters as well. You never know what you may find.
I haven't used Reason for my attempts on kicks before, but I made a quick patch that might give you inspiration.

)
I'd recommend building the kick in a certain pitch, rendering it and using it through a sampler: if you distort and EQ on the go, the sound changes a bit depending on frequency. Although automating the filtering can give you some nice effects. Your choice.
