vocal sample effects help

Does anyone know what techniques he uses to make these vocals sound the way they do, particularly the robotic(ish) feel? Or could ya'll maybe point me in a direction to some good vocal processing plugins?

sounds like a lot of delay/reverb, multiple audio tracks all with different effects. probably not something you can really replicate without a lot of attention to detail and perfection. some sounds easier, lots of reverb and the dry/wet ratio set to mostly wet will give a REALLY spacial effect.
