Help! The winter wrap-up synth?

I'm looking for either a synth or a guide to making an existing synth sound like the winter wrap-up synth. Its kinda hard to describe what it sounds like but its the comes in at 0:20 in this vid.

Sounds like a square wave with some glide to it, and a short decay to make it slightly pluck-y.

There is a fair amount of glide.

It has a envelope, slightly, modulating the pitch with a bit of attack and an evelope modulating the amp giving it the plucky sound.
