Drum technique and playing (feedback plz?)

Postby LoreRD » 25 Jul 2012 13:17

So I've been playing drums for about 6 1/2 years now.... I guess this is as well as I can play right now.
In general, I'd just like to see what you guys on MLR who play drums think you of this, and if you have any feedback when it comes to improving (and if you have any suggestions for drum exercises, etc.). Also, it would be great if you could give a general skill level assessment. Anyway, enjoy! :D

Yeah, being consistent and working with different tempos is likely what I need to work with (I DO use a double kick drum, btw). Thanks for the feedback! :D

I'd say diddles and doing double-stops with a met at increasing tempos is a good way to warm up, you are great compared to me, i love those ruffs. What gear are you using.

Splash: Istanbul Samatya Splash 10''
Toms and Bass drum: Tama Swingstar
