I was always under the impression that trying the sound out on different headphones and systems was a good thing, to make sure it sounded good on each of them.I'm tired of swapping between three different pairs only to find out that the bass is too low or something like that over and over again.

The sound quality is very good, but a little lacking on the bass, I'd recommend getting the bass-boosted version which only costs a little more. The best part? They only cost me like 35 bucks.
If you want to make sure a mix sounds good, stick like three different pairs of headphones, at least, into your computer to make sure it will sound good for everyone.
