It's impossible to make those types of noises with FL Studio 10. You need a proper synthesizer first

All goofiness aside, if you're using NI Massive, I think that you choose the base noise that you want, select lowpass filter 4, change the cutoff to be at about 10:00-11:00 on a clock, place a performer on it, change the amount that the performer modulates all the way up to past 5 o'clock.

Then on the performer, load curves, and on the top row, use all curves that are the beginning section of a sine wave going up (It'll look like a curved saw wave). This wave form can be found on the 2nd row down, 3rd column over on the grid to choose wave forms. On the bottom row, use the wave forms that look like a really sudden steep climb up. This wave form will be 1st row 3rd column over on the grid.

Modify to suite your taste. Sorry if you can't build this because you can't understand it, don't have NI massive, or something else. I'm not too incredibly good at explaining things like this.

So like, what are you asking? It basically sounds like "how do I make this", which is a REALLY broad question. It's a combination of having the perfect punchy kick, house-y snareclap, various hi-hats, various screech-y synths with appropriate processing, proper sidechaining... the list goes on to define what makes that sound like what it is, and you can delve deeper and deeper into what makes up each individual sound.

What are you asking? :U

DAW does make a difference when it comes to explaining exactly what to do. DAW's tend to have the same functions, but if I explained how to do something in FL, the actual process of accomplishing the same thing is different in, say, cubase

That aside, it was a fairly straightforward question. "How do you make a synth patch like the one at 16 seconds of the video." To which I have no idea how. It doesn't sound terribly complex, though. I'd be of more help if I were at my computer, but im stuck at work for another four hours.
