Is there a way to get rid of that second windows that pops up with each vst you load?

If you are referring to the VST's gui that pops up when you add it, you can click the 'X' in the top right corner of the wnidow and it should disappear. You can bring it back up whenever you wish by clicking on the track name you have it applied to.

Each time I open up my project it gets filled with these blank windows.
