Sound/Synth Design? (With WOW filter)

So there is a sudden sound I've always wanted to hit with. However I have no idea how to make it.

I know I need Sugar Bytes WOW filter for it. Which I also do have, but WOW filter sounds different on all type of synths. And I've always wanted to try and make this very popular sound. Maybe any of you guys have a clue how to make this sound?

Another sound I am VERY fascinated by, and REALLY want to know how to make is this: (Wet sound bubble growl something bass in the drop)

I can feel the WOW filter on this one as well but the wet sound bass I have no clue. (Not like I have any clue on any WOW filter mixed sounds anyway lol)

For the first sound try dabbling with saw waves, frequency modulation and distortion. I got something similiar but not precisely the same sound. If you have Reason I could toss you a patch...

I have a similar-ish bass sound for electro house by filtering a saw from 3xOsc... Do you use FL? I can throw you a patch if you want.

I've zipped and uploaded a 3xOsc patch and a mixer patch. It's not perfect, but it does sound similar to the bass in the first track you linked. Hopefully it can help you out somehow (it doesn't use WOW filter, but maybe you could use it with it, see what you get?)

I don't want to claim too much from that - the basic technique (using WaveShaper) I got from a tutorial somewhere, but I can't remember where it was.
