Dance music book!I

Postby guitarskills » 13 Jul 2011 17:29

I just bought this book:

http://www.amazon.com/Dance-Music-Manual-Second-techniques/dp/0240521072/ref=dp_ob_title_bk

I probably should have asked before, but has anyone ever read it? It gets really good reviews on lots of sites...

On second thought, I probably should have spent the money towards a DAW

It's an okay book, great for learning the fundamentals at least. :) Just don't hesitate to post something up and ask for help! Even with a book, electronic music can be confusing.

I'm sorry but you wasted your money, seeing as that book clearly isn't titled How to DJ Right by Frank Broughton and Bill Brewster.

I just purchased that book, and it's FRIGGEN EXCELLENT. So much about EQ that I never knew, all in one place. Definitely worth a couple bucks.
