New DAW About to Have a Beta release!

From what I heard this DAW was made by some Ableton programmers.

It's called bitwig.

IT WORKS IN LINUX GUYS.

Seems worth checking out, especially for those who are still unsure about their DAWs or want to try something new.

EDIT: THIS THING CAN HAVE MULTIPLE USERS ON THE SAME PROJECT OVER THE INTERNET. IMAGINE THE COLLABS.

Oh. Wow. That thing has the SEXIEST looking UI of any DAW i've seen. Also, the realtime collab mode thing sounds interesting! Will definitely have to look into this!

Yeah Mantis also has the online collabing thing, but both Ohm and Mantis are pretty lackluster. I'd definitely not use either of those as my main DAW.
Bitwig is from what they've shown and told us pretty much Ableton Live with a lot more features AND real-time collabing.

YES!!! Im pretty sure that this community would collab the sheuyt out of BitWig. We must get it!!

Then... we ask them to add MORE people with who we can collab. Up to 64 (then 128, then 256, then 65536 because we don't want them to keep adding people, so we place an insane amount just because). Since we want to see people write stuff live. In the DAW. And we will make the WORLD'S LARGEST COLLAB EVER.

Are you sure that 65536 people working on the same song is a good idea? People could get into rage wars just because they have differing views on the EQ of a synth. And then the trolls would find their way in ...somehow.
