Oh my god, ALL I freakin use is the white noise from 3xosc. And at every drop I have ever made there is a short whit noise downlifter. (Although it does make your drops sound awesome) On occasion I use a riser sample. But I almost never use reverse crashes.

...I use both.

Pretty much every transition has either a reverse cymbal or a white noise sweep, both for drops.

I don't like this thread. It's making me think about how unoriginal I am. :(

Umm... All of my synths are just tweaked presets because I'm pretty suckish at sound design. When I go into massive to attempt to make something original, I just cycle through oscillator waveforms and see what sticks.

That, and soundgoodizer on ALL THE KICKS. I'm not good enough at mixing to preserve their punchy-ness in the midst of everything else.

TranceDrive, one sine/triangle oscillator, lots of portamento. Don't do this so much anymore, but I used to abuse the shit out of that.

Edirol Orchestral presets, turning the knobs very little if at all. Particularly the cello.

Piano with a lot of reverb.

Everything else with a lot of reverb.

I make different kinds of music, often get told that It sounds like something for a Video Game because I make only instrumentals, never had a chance to make music for an actual game. I would love to.

dBlue Glitch.

I use Synth1 and 3xOsc in all my tracks almost exclusively.

I also have a go-to snare drum and a go-to hi hat that I probably overuse.

Sometimes I will use multiple reverbs of diffrent sorts on track elements, like four reverbs on sperate send tracks all automated and sperately EQ'd to create lovely drone sounds that fill your ears with awesomeness.

I just got Ohmicide today. Yay!!!

I wonder how Ohmicide sounds on snares and kicks. And piano....

What the hell does Ohmicide do anyways? I slapped it on a reese bass and it sounded gritty and epic. Distortion? Or something else?

Yes, it's a complex multiband distortion device. And it could sound really amazing on piano and drums.

Back to the Topic III:

I've got few samples I tend to add on every track, these are simply too good! And in every new song I gather all channels in my mixer into four groups (drums, synths, vox and FX), just to automate effectors on whole type at once.

Also vovel filter... oh my yes.

Whenever I'm noodling around on my keyboard looking for a good chord progression, E minor will somehow get in there. Every. Single. Time.

Leave me alone E minor D:
I like to think I'm well-rounded because I'm not really good at anything.

It's because It makes songs sound good even without mastering skillz
but the song in my sig was the first song to not feature Soundgoodizer,

It uses Maximus instead :)
