Exporting audio files

Another thing: Does anyone else have problems with uploading to, for example, soundcloud regarding quality? When i upload the sound becomes a bit fuzzy and loses it's bite. The fuzzyness increases when more frequencies collide. Really ugly. I never noticed a big quality increase when i listen to a downloaded song which i had only heard on YouTube or something before but then again: It's probably normal to know your own songs a bit better.
