Noisia Style Reese Trick With Vocoders

Postby Friv » 14 Oct 2012 00:32

I found a neat trick when processing reese basses to make them sound wetter and dirtier, like dirtyphonics, spor, noisia, pendulum, et al.

Simple bass pattern (Just the patch and some pitch automation)

Hope this helps any of you Neurofunk people out there.

I've always looked to getting into neurofunk too since I'm into DnB, mainly liquid, but yes, I will definitely use this thread for future reference, thanks Friv.

I do this all the time with sytrus. It's quite useful if you want your growls nice and wet

Yes, I just refuse to spell it that way.

Why? It's spelt Reese. Refusing to makes you look dumb, because it originates from a sampled bassline from 'The Reese Project", namely this track.

So please stop being so stubborn.
