[Help] Fl Studio Partially Erased My Project o3o

I opened a project I was working on in Fl studio, and I found that all my Synths and stuff (like massive and Fm8) were replaced with blank sample things Dx

And my mixer was blank. All the plugins were gone .-.

...

How can I prevent this from happening again?
DAWs: Fl Studio and Ableton
Synth's: Massive, FM8, Absynth 5, Harmor
Other Stuff: Melodyne, Auto-Tune, Ohmicide, CamelPhat3, Ozone 5, Trash 2

do you own them or have the demo versions of those synths

I own them :P
