Basic song structure (which I think is what you're looking for) has these key elements:
a theme or musical idea that identifies the song (for example the chorus of a song)
variations on this theme (verses)
and sometimes episodes or segues away from the theme (bridge)
They can also have any, all, or none of the following:
Introductions, Codas (Outro-ductions), Key Changes, modulations, new themes, movements (you don't see much of these last two in popular music)
You just need to figure out which loops go where. A big picture could be a plan on paper or you could just jump in.
Perhaps start with the drum loop and bring in some bass 4 bars in, then go from there. Once you start these things they get a lot easier.
