Is this vocoder or talkbox?

I can't tell, I think it's vocoder since he's using a mic,
but I've never heard a vocoder sound that good. Any ideas?
Dubstep = Earth Pony
Electro House = Unicorn
Drum & Bass = Pegasus

Seeing how he doesn't have a tube in his mouth, it's a vocoder. =]

Well its a darn good vocoder, wish I knew what synth he used to combine with his voice.
