Tutorials on Making Glitches with Slicex?

As of now, I'm limited to Slicex in FL Studios. And I'm having a hard time figuring out how to make glitches. If anyone has any tutorials or something on how to do it, then please tell me or post a link

I'm wanting to make glitches like this.
