Dubstep Drum Samples Wanted

Postby RobotZombieAttack » 29 Aug 2012 19:47

I'm trying to look for some free dubstep samples, I can't find any on the internet. If you find any good free samples that I could use for dubstep songs that would be awesome.

P.S. The desirable format is aiff.

Thanks

No such thing. It's all about using any samples, and making them work in your mix.

Try these

and these.

Learn about EQ, compression and reverb, how to use them effectively, and you'll be set.

don't try these, unless you want to be laughed at for being tlt (unless you find a really good way to make them sound less generic)
try Vengeance, layering, filtering, eq-ing, compressing, envelopes, distortion, sine waves, noise generators.
that's my part

There's more than one snare in that pack. Also, take the one Tomb uses, completely remove the 200Hz body, put in a tom drum with a 200Hz peak, compress it and put a reverb on it.

Fun fact: I use that sample in Arrivederci.
