WIP Trash 'n' Treasure
You know those works-in-progress that have been stuck in the recesses of your DAW for eons, in which you find on occasions, say "oh, yeah... that. I couldn't think of anything more to add to that melody and bassline", tell yourself that you'll get to finishing it one day, and store it again for another 9000 years?
Well here is the place to put those. Someone else might have a great song that would sound complete with your little hook.
- Please do not post tracks here without going and asking others for feedback, opinions and collaboration first, and especially do not go out of your way to make half-finished tracks solely to put into this thread. That's not what it's for. This thread is intended to be used as a last resort for songs in which you are certain you will never complete, with or without others help.
- In submitting a track here, the track remains your property, until claimed by someone else, in which it becomes their property. If nopony has claimed it, and you change your mind, you reserve the right to delete your post, and keep your track.
- To claim, please contact the person directly. You can do this by using those little "PM" buttons at the bottom of every post. Please don't run off with it without them at least knowing that you are doing so.
- Once one of your WIPs is claimed, please do the courteous thing and edit your post with a statement saying "Claimed by X", so other people don't keep asking you for it. It's no longer yours to give, remember?
- If you complete a song with a WIP from here, please be sure to mention the WIP creator in the description (and link this thread, if you like).
Hopefully, only good will come of this...
