Honestly, that'll be next to impossible. Even mlptf2mods have the episode's sfx/music in the bg a bit. Its very subtle, possibly they amped the vocals so its harder to hear the music, but for the most part they just they just get the center channel of the 5.1 audio. If you really want absolutely nothing in the bg, yeah you'll need to get access to their studio or maybe Daniel Ingram.

Although I'm sure its possible to clean it up a bit, but it maybe harder since its mono audio. But for a perfect acapella, yeah sadly not possible for us. T_T
