I need help with audio visualization.

I know there have been a few posts made about it, but I just need some help with my project. I do own AE 10.5 (CS 5.5) and there are a couple things I still cannot find out how to do. Are there any skilled AE audio visualization producers here that would like to give a helping hand? Well, one way is to record a music player that already has something like an audio spectrum when you play the music with a free screen recorder.
