I need help with audio visualization.

Postby Matthew N. » 25 Jun 2012 07:18

I know there have been a few posts made about it, but I just need some help with my project. I do own AE 10.5 (CS 5.5) and there are a couple things I still cannot find out how to do. Are there any skilled AE audio visualization producers here that would like to give a helping hand? If so, please drop me a message either here or via PM, and I'll explain + show you what I would like to reach with my vid.

Sure. I'll help you out.
Well I'm pretty much done with this site (it wasn't about the April Fool's joke I actually loved that). If for some reason somebody wants to contact me or something (not like any of you even care lol):

You call that limited? Now I feel sad...

I'll send you what I sent to Frivolous earlier today. Let me know if what I'm asking for is possible.

Are there any free alternatives to AE that can get an audio spectrum? I wanted to add an audio spectrum to my YouTube video for my TLK song. Just an audio spectrum or some other simple video effects.

Well, one way is to record a music player that already has something like an audio spectrum when you play the music with a free screen recorder.

And if that doesn't suit your needs, try this: http://www.soundspectrum.com/

Also, After effects has a 30 day free trial *cough*which if you need to use for more than 30 days, just reinstall your operating system*cough*

It's all just setting up parameters to audio key frames. Anyway, Matthew, I apologise that I wasn't able to get to what you were wondering about, I'll try to get on that tomorrow.
