Rainbow factory notation/tabs?

I'm planning on doing a rock/metal cover of Rainbow Factory, but I suck at tabbing by ear, so if anyone could post guitar and bass tabs (Or even sheet music. I can tab that) I'd be forever thankful

If you convert the MIDI directly to Tab, you have to hit 19 and 2 on adjacent strings at the same time.
If you get the program "TuxGuitar" I can send you a file for that. It's just like guitar pro. But free.
