Only 10 days late!
Sorry I'm preoccupied lately so I can't give my full attention. Still, I wanted you to have at least a little feedback. Also, I'm not exactly an ambient expert, so take this as 100% opinion.
You definitely have a good start here, though I got more of sense of discouragement than outright creepiness. It made me feel more ennui than dread or fear. Which is still neat, but not what you seem to be aiming for.
My only real critique would be that it doesn't evolve enough, particularly in the last minute or so. For a 4-minute track I believe there ought to be more movement. A shifting soundscape, as it were. If you're going for eerie then it can be useful to give the listener a false sense of security and continuity before throwing them into someplace they don't recognize anymore. (If that makes sense...)
It's not a lot but I hope it helps!
