While listening I guessed 14/8!
(which is essentially the same guess as 14/16... I was close since it was 13/16)

It actually scares me how good you are at this kind of music.

This is amazing, if you had put this in the BGM of the episode it would have fitted perfectly :D, wonderfully chilling.
