As long as you get permission from the original artist, you can do a remix. You can post a WIP in the Google Doc for now if you'd like. No, you do not have to be accepted before you get into the chat. Just post your skype info on here or add me on Skype at tunersymphon

Honestly, I originally intended for there only to be two of each, but considering the large number of participants, this is allowed. As long as the people that signed up picked -at random-, then four #8 tracks are permitted. Just goin' off the honor system, I suppose.

Due to a large number of compilation albums being released near the same time, Derpy's Wings III's deadline will be set a month backward to April 20th. This gives all participants more time as well as make time between MLR album releases.
