I'll admit there's a track or two I heard beforehand that I thought should have made it and didn't. On the subject, I never expected mine to go anywhere as it was the complete wrong genre and tbh only a half assed effort.

Since other people seem to be doing so, I'm just gonna leave this here. I would love some feedback/criticism. No such thing as bad feedback.

I'm going to guess that it got rejected because of how cliche it seems. Not the lyric samples you used, but the composition is slightly cliche, and the synths you used and the way you composed with the synths is really cliche, I think. You could find a ton of songs that have a similar pluck, bass and pad thingy synth in them, if I'm thinking correctly. Not saying that it doesn't sound good, just saying that it probably got cut for the cliche although you shouldn't trust me 100% on that
