Just submit it into the entries here on MLR and shoot Makkon or Circuitfry a PM asking when it's ok to post a teaser. Why would you need a project manager to review it anyways? They won't be judging the tracks until the due date passes Unless I'm misinterpreting what you're saying or something.

Well the background is CC Particle world, and the rest is just expression keyframing, colour correction, and some motion blur.

OK, so the 20th is coming up, and I was wondering: where are we meant to submit our WIPs? Do we use the chat or the event page?

Right on the events page. If you scroll down to the bottom of the list of participants, there's a button that says "Join" or something and another one that says "Submit" Just click that. Download link can be a variety of sources from dropbox to mediafire, etc. Use .wav 24 bit etc for maximum quality. For youtube, upload the video but make it private. Anything else you want to know about uploading?
