While I normally disapprove of such neat categories, I think I'd go with being the element of Trip hop, or Drum and Bass. Or neo-nazi breakstep dub brazilian sambacore intelligent dance music for intelligent people only-step post-pre-modernesque chillwave elbowgrease.

Okay, I wasn't expecting such a huge response to this. I was expecting four or five people to pipe up, but it looks like EVERYPONY wants a piece of this project. ALL of the ponies. All of them.

So I'll go through and edit the OP to include everyone and the element they claimed when I'm in the mood to whimper like a child, which probably won't be very soon. Seriously, this is much more daunting than I expected. BRING IT ON.

So that's the question I'd like to pose to those who are here: should we do the main theme, some motif from the show, or something wholly original as our unifying idea? Everyone and their dog has covered the main theme, and I'd like to do something more special (like the Elements of Harmony theme in episode 2 that I'm pretty sure I'm not imagining). So let's put it up to vote. That's my vote: motif from the show. What's yours?

Yeah that sounds like a good idea. Make seperate (small) productions with variations on the same theme/melody and then have someone make it into a mixalbum. :]

Thank you for helping organizing things Pie. I would have done it myself. Don't worry, I haven't lost interest in this project I'm just WAITING FOR EVERYPONY TO ANSWER THE QUESTION I POSED SEVERAL DAYS AGO on the last page I think. Everyone went on blithely choosing elements instead of initiating some sort of plan.

I don't know what to do about that; should we make a Google Doc or something? Any suggestions on how to organize this massive thing would be welcome.
