Not gonna lie, I got bored of it. Like the gameplay is great and the design is also really cool but I wasn't getting much out of it (chalk it up to me being bad at it). It's definitely a great example of a mobile game done right tho, only one microtransaction and it's not necessary to winning. That's praise-worthy imo

I have a story about my day.
My car is breaking down. And I tried self diagnostic stuff. Didn't turn out.
I thought my car was leaking coolant so I purchased coolant sealer. I thought that did the trick. I took my car to get an oil change. Didn't sound too great when I was driving. They would not service my car. Turned out that in reality, the water pump had ceased which was why coolant was leaking.
They said to try to get home asap and to not drive my car if at all possible. 200 feet from pulling out of the oil place, my. And breaks down in the road at an intersection. :/
I called three coworkers to see if they could help me. All three of these coworkers had trucks so I though they might be able to help tow me home.
Two never answered. (These two were my bosses.)
The third had to take care of his younger children because his wife was going out. Then a cop shows up.
The police show up to assess the situation. They stopped the traffic so that I could roll my car to a nearby parking lot. It was either that or pay for a tow truck. Which, I'm also low on money. :/
So then I'm in the middle of a busy city without a car to get home. So I had to walk about 8 miles before someone from the frat was able to give me a lift.

I wasted a decent amount of money trying to fix a problem, but all my efforts were useless. What I was doing was not what to do for this problem.
The stress level is killing me.
But, I'm less stressed right now than when the incident occurred. But I still don't have my car. I hope it doesn't get broken into. :/ I know one of the windows is taped up because that's broke too. My car would be an easy target.

Gross

But yea. Life happens. I'm not really sure what to learn from this. :/ this is something that I wish that I could get some really cool inspirational meaning out of, but maybe it's too in-the-moment for me right now. It's too soon.

So today I finally saw that two days ago the first vinyl I've ordered has been shipped to me.
Soon, a 7" of Tessela - Nancy's Pantry will arrive at my doorstep.

This is the beginning of something beautiful.

Also, I'm working on a DJ performance in which I'd combine CDJ's with turntables and a cassette deck. I ordered this vinyl for that haha. So hype!

On a similar note to BaC, my car wouldnt start again this morning. Was pissed off because we'd just gotten it fixed. Again.

But then I realized it wasnt in park.

I want to drive a manual car. ;_; my parents didn't let me buy one because they told me it's too hard to learn.
Lol I learned how to drive a manual within half an hour. I mean, at least well enough to drive through my city which is pretty flat. Idk how well on a hill I would be but I know I wouod learn it quick.
Automaticals are nice though for cruise control which is what I use all the time.
Today driving a passage, I was getting close to 70mpg on cruise control.

So I learned that porter robinson is going to be playing at a venue literally across the street from me.
Literally across the street.
October 30th. So I should see that and then go to the Brony Halloween convention (if they are having it again this year. Freewave, do you know anything about the running of the leaves con this year?)

**edit**
I just applied to them to play music this year. Wish me luck!!

Manuals are awesome and really great.

Though after like 3 times in an auto I found it weird going back to manual. Auto's are just so easy

I like manuals because they just seem fun. I'd like to drive a manual when I just go for a random drive.

Also, got my car parts yesterday. I work in the construction business. My company has an account with Napa so I'm able to get discounted parts just because I work for my company.
And if I put it on my company's tab, it's all untaxxed.
I paid for it myself, but untaxxed would have been cool too.

I really dislike how the approval process can take so long.
Because you have to sit there for days or weeks or even months and wait for either the green light of the red light.
Right now, I'm still waiting on a response from the running of the leaves con. :/ much waiting to do.

Now that I think of it, I completely forgot I was playing the waiting game as well. A few months ago I sent in an official remix to a friend of mine for on his remix album, and I still haven't heard shit. Guess I should start playing again. Or ask him about it. Not that he's ever available for talking to online *o*

Thanks for the reminder lol. Waiting games are tedious.

On another note, I notice that the abundance of chill that I've accumulated this summer break has once again led to the further deterioration of my ability to plan ahead. Had the idea to go to 'school' tomorrow, but forgot to plan ahead and see how I'm gonna get there and at what time etc. Guess I'm going thursday now, fuck panicking tomorrow morning xD

Just got my first ticket. And it's a 5 point ticket. Which is pretty bad if you don't know how the point system works.
This one ticket puts me over half way to losing my license.
And you know what, I'm not even really upset about it.
My head light was out. Front left one, so the cop pulls me over to let me know what's up. That's one point by itself.
Well, I failed to provide the current insurance paper work. I have insurance for my car, but the paper in my car is not the up to date paper. So that's four points. :/

So I have to go to court and stuff. He says if I mailed in the ticket, they would drop the one point about the head light.
And then also the cop said that if I could prove I had insurance for my car on the court date, they should drop those charges.

So this may be an eleven dollar ticket with 0 points if I play my cards right. ($11 if I am reading the fine correctly. His hand writing is not so good. :/ I need luck to decipher this.)

tbh snow driving is my favorite. Regular driving is not nearly as much of a challenge, so snow driving is like adding a fun new element to driving. A lot of people hate the stress. However, I see it more like an adrenaline rush.

Do you know the specifics of how you might be related?

My mom used to babysit Mario Lopez when he was a kid.
Angus Jones lived in my Frat House last year and he still attends the college across my street.
I shook hands with Bert the Conquerer.
