Finally there's progress with the release of my Lights Out album on Dream Machine! If I'm right, it'll probably see the light of day (ha, get it) mid-March :D

What's Dream Machine and what's the URL to this label?

This is Dream Machine, part of Cemon Victa Music, sort-of still connected to the Noisj collective (formerly a part of it, now separate from it). Dream Machine is weird shit; DnB, all kinds of Ambient, Trip-Hop, IDM, and other vague stuff, but generally an -amazing- label. I really really dig DM-4 and DM-32 :3 the former is experimental Techno, the latter amazing Drone Ambient.

If all goes according to plan, I don't think it'd be wrong to guess for March 19th to be the release date of my album :D

What do I have to do to get signed?

1) Make music that fits the image of the label.
2) Send that music as demo to Noisj's demo email, or if you feel lucky directly to Cemon Victa in one way or another.
3) Wish your lucky stars, cross your fingers, and all that jazz.

so i got my racing wheel and pedals (fanatec csr in case you are interested) and now i need to find a way to set it up in a comfy? (usable?) way ;-; the place i was originally going to use them didnt work due to poor measuring on my part blegh

Such professional sound! But such long Descend! Listened ti the other two tracks though, and it's pretty darn good. Interlude II was fav. Looking forward to listening to the full album later.

Oh, you have heard pretty much nothing yet :P in fact I wonder why I didn't get involved with the decision which tracks to put on preview xD
But yeah I'm super proud of it and the complete picture of the album is just <3 it really is a well-thought out sequence, not just nine separate tracks (even though they can be listened to as such). I really love the album outro myself.

No, the ads I saw for it were pretty accurate. It's a little bluetooth speaker and the only thing special about it is that it says hello and goodbye in skrillex's voice.

Just 45 minutes remaining till the DJ competition selection round is a go! I'll hear in a mo what time I'll be playing. I hope last because my set really fits as an outro :D

Through to the next round: the province final, March 29th. Of this round, with 8 DJs playing, there'll be only one winner, who'll compete in the grand final in Amsterdam, Paradiso (famous venue), which is on September 26th, my b-day :D the one who wins there will at least win a spot on the Mysteryland line-up, not sure if anything else.
