We can take steps to make ourselves less exploitable, but honestly our best defense is to ignore them. Eventually they'll get bored and move on.

But, consider this. They have nothing better to do with their lives than try to get youtube videos taken down, and honestly that's pretty sad. This is their hobby, and that makes me feel kinda sorry for them. But they'll do what they want no matter how misguided it is and we can't change it unless they're willing to change.
