Thanks, man.

Starting next month, I'll be training full time at Goodwill. I'll get paid for this so I'll be just fine.

No. But it is still very common for me to stumble upon ancient projects that sound mindbogglingly good; I just don't feel like I wouldn't be able to do good stuff compared to what I did way back when. It really helps to not have a mind set on comparing my every movement.

Constantly. I've been going so into synthesis and sound design or the last year or two that I've forgotten how to write decent music entirely.

Not quite.
But, I read something that Tsitra360 wrote about his art that was kind of interesting.
A fan of his work asked him what his favorite work of his own was. He replied that he tries not to get attached to his art because he will not do as good of a job on it that way.
Idk how this even relates
But like, maybe if you didnt get attached to your music, then maybe you'll become a better producer?
Idk
But im going to try that. Just to see how it works.
I usually get attached to my own work because I try hard to make something impressive and I usually end up just getting proud of myself in a sense. So I want to take that element away for about and see where that takes me.

its an illusion, and you are being cuckolded by your own feelings.

Like, you COULD make something that good again, you did, you have the means and the capacity. Like what is it that you did there that you love? What got you started, what kept you going? what was your process? Like success in itself can be considered useless if you cant analyze it and make magic happen twice.

I mean, its easier said than done, but i wanted to throw out something that might be considered encouragement.

Hype! Today at CCL we'll get an entire morning of "in the studio" with my friend Julien Mier :D

So sad though that he had to come exactly today, when I gotta leave right after noon (middle of the day on CCL) for academy studio *o*

If it's like EVERY GAME by the developer of that annoying MLP app, I'm not touching it.

Idk what app you are talking about but I doubt it's by the same developer.
This game includes violence so there is one thing to look forward to. And it had decent visuals. Nothing smashing but it works. I like the art style.

I know only a few fandom producers have had Hasbro shut downs but I'm surprised why so many unofficial pony android games exist for pay when Hasbro should shut many of them down.

this one game im talking about is on ios and seems to get by using names similar to:
-equestria (equica)
-starswirl the bearded (swirllock the bearded)

clover is the protege of swirllock

all the little ponies in this game are unicorns

it uses a bunch of game elements from pokemon games, zelda, and maybe some others.

So iOS 8.4 came out and includes the new Apple music app.
Which is basically a new music app with the same logo and new colors.
But I absolutely love the new layout of the interface and how they added more functions that could be found in the desktop version of iTunes. (like queuing up songs.)
I also like how they added some structure changes and if you press on an album, the background color matches the selected album. Just stuff brought over from the desktop version. But it's nice.

Wow they finally made a good music app? Awesome!

A shame I'll not be leaving iOS 6.1 any time soon xD even though I haven't had music on my iPhone in a long time because why put it on an iPhone when I have an iPod Classic too and I already got disk capacity crisis lol.

Tell me how this goes for you a few weeks/months down the road. Not sure if I should also make an account there.

Actually Apple Music is just their streaming service not the new app.

I wasn't even talking about the apple music part of the app. Just the regular part. The updated part.
I should have called it an update really. Becaue the regular music app and the apple music streaming service are all in the same regular music app.
But the downloaded music part of the app is just way better now.
