REQUEST/HELP syncing audio <-----------------HELP

Postby Facade » 21 Nov 2011 14:14

well for the most part in this remix the audio is synced pretty well (for me at least)
but the end part is messed up beyond belief. i did the check tempo thing with fl and it said that it was 140bpm so a made an automation clip that changed it to that when it got to the end part.
so i synced up the first words. but when it gets to the end the sync is gone. i was woundering if anypony could tell me how to fix this or if they wanted to they could do it for me that would be nice. thanks is advanced

how ironic all the video says is "an error occurred please try again" xD
also i think i fixed it i tried detect tempo but instead of using the tempo the sound file had i did detect tempo and it said 129 and it fits a lot better now but for some reason feels slow yet synced its..... awkward?

Is this from using the MIDI I made for the pet song? Because I'm pretty sure I told it to be at 140bpm at the end!

It works fine with this!

BUT it may be FL Studio derping on you, because the piece DOES shift between compound time (1 2 3 1 2 3) and simple time (1 2 1 2) a couple of times, so FL studio may be basing the bpm on one of them, but not switching to the other when needed!
For example, I got the opening as dotted crotchet (dotted quarter note, for you 'mericans) = 107, whereas the ending is crotchet (quarter note) = 140, which is approx. 105 in the previous bpm...
I don't know whether FL Studio will account for the change from compound to simple, so try 105? Maybe that will help?

i think you are right about fl studio derping and for some odd reason 129 fits like a charm
