Muted Trumpet: Library samples or VSTs?

Postby jubian » 29 Oct 2011 08:30

Hey guys, I'm making a jazz/blues rendition of Art Of The Dress, but I'm having trouble finding a devent sounding muted trumpet. I've tried Purity and Edirol Orchestra, but the closest I get to a good sound is using the FL libraries. Problem is it has an attack built into it, so I cant modify the ADSR to sound realistic, without using slides (which just sounds silly).

Any suggestions?

Though i'm not sure how the quality is.
