Yeah, Lav is one of the few elites who visit this forum on a slightly less than average basis. Among the list of other elites who visit this forum are 4thImpulse, Navron, Makkon, Stars In Autumn (although I think he goes by Jeff the Strider in some cases or something) and Cyrricky, although I may be missing a few. Although the time when a lot of elites like Interrobang Pie, jackleapp, alex s, woodentoaster, general mumble and others has long past, so you won't see them around very much if at all.

Also, thanks for the link Bigglesworth

I don't think elitist is the word you're looking for; perhaps you meant elites?

Sure, whatever. "Elitist" and "elites" are the same word with different grammar uses, so I don't see why it would make a difference for me to choose one over the other.

An elitist is a someone who believes members of one group are inherently better than another, while an elite is just something/someone who's very good. Elitist tends to carry negative connotations, while elite can carry either negative or positive depending on context. Most of the people you mentioned probably aren't elitists, but can be said to be elites.

It's a fairly small distinction, but still.

Hm, alright. If you say so  I always thought elitist meant "someone who is very good at something" or whatever, and what your implied definition of elitist would be referred to as a conceited narcissist or something instead of "elitist". And elitist is actually defined as "A person who believes that a system or society should be ruled or dominated by an elite." so...

god damn it you two

Anyway, there have been a lot of free samples popping up here lately. Someone should start compiling these into one post. Yes. Someone should.

Or it could be merged into the MLR Music Guide, I guess.

I'm sure I can find a use for these, though I'm not sure what I would need them for after I get Komplete 9.
